About me
Hello, I’m Amy, a yoga teacher and wellness journalist based in Sheffield. I’ve been sharing the transformative practice of yoga since 2018 and hold a 500-hour qualification, with specialised training in hatha, restorative, yin, and pregnancy yoga. My approach is calm and supportive—focusing on a steady, easeful practice that syncs breath with movement.

I first found yoga while studying at university and was immediately drawn to its calming effects, as well as the ancient, spiritual elements that felt truly magical. Over the years, my practice has evolved, but it has always been my go-to for stepping out of my head and into my body, helping me feel more present. These tools—finding calm, presence, and kindness toward oneself—are what I love to share with others.

I’d love to help you discover the many benefits of yoga. Join me at my in-person classes and take the first step towards a calmer, more connected you.
